We've heard over and over how to live a healthy lifestyle: we should eat a healthy diet, get regular exercise, and drink more water. So why don’t most of us do it then? Simply having the knowledge isn’t enough. Actually doing the behavior is where most of us get stuck.
This is where I come in. As a Board-Certified Functional Health Coach, we partner together to help you make the lasting changes you desire. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for us to explore what’s in the way between you and your goal, and together we discover your strengths, and your own wisdom to find solutions for any obstacles standing in your way.
We begin with your long-term vision of where you want to go. Then we take that vision and start breaking it down into smaller short-term goals, with actionable steps to get you where you want to be.

Book a complimentary 45-minute consultation session. This is a chance to get to know one another, talk about your health goals, and decide if we’re a good fit. We’ll cover the coaching process, and answer any questions you may have.
How can we work together?
30 Day- includes three scheduled 1:1 private sessions (50 min each) and unlimited email, text, and Voxer support.
Power of 6-includes six scheduled 1:1 private sessions (50 min each) you set the pace, so these can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or some of both. Whatever works best for you, but a minimum of twice per month is recommended. Also includes unlimited email, text, and Voxer support.
The Coach is not a licensed medical professional, and our relationship is in no way to be construed as psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or any type of therapy. My coaching services are intended solely to help the Client identify, clarify and achieve personal wellness goals. In the event the client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek a licensed professional. The Client understands coaching does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease or illness.
