Healthier daily meals-simplified!  

This series of 4 classes will meet once a week for 1 hour via zoom.  This class will teach you how to:


  • Cook & eat healthier meals that won't take hours to prepare

  • Increase nutrient content, add variety & more flavor to your meals.  

  • Menu Planning 101, how to prep for your week ahead so you won't have to say "OMG!  it's 4 pm, and I have no idea what's for dinner!"  

  • We wrap up with a live hands-on cooking demo with Chef Michelle! 


Recommended for those that:

  • Struggle with planning ahead

  • Trouble getting healthy meals on the table & end up having take-out/processed-convenience foods more than they would like to 

  • Beginners to a Paleo lifestyle

  • Are new to cooking in general

  • Want better tasting veggies  

  • Want stress-free meal times

  • Are looking for time saving kitchen tips
