After experiencing thyroid issues, weight gain, mood swings & every other menopausal symptom in the book, I was inspired to make some changes. With a philosophy of 'food as thy medicine,' I looked to healing foods & wellbeing practices to turn my health around.
As a National Board-Certified and ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach, my specialty is guiding women through mid-life transition gracefully, with a holistic approach. I help you make the lasting changes you desire. By meeting you where you are on your journey, we join together as partners. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore what’s in the way between you and your goal, and together we discover your strengths, and your own wisdom to find solutions for any obstacles standing in your way.
The S.O.U.L. approach to holistic wellness is more than just the food we eat.
It’s self-care, the thoughts we think, mindfulness, stress management, our relationships with others, social connections, play & pleasure, emotional & physical health, spirituality, our careers & finances. All of these factors either nurture or diminish our souls.
When we truly nurture & care for ourselves on the SOUL level, we nourish our body at the same time.
